Laptop for 350 euro

What's the best value laptop out either online or in a bricks and mortar shop. Strict budget of 350 euro. Just needed for internet, email and some light word-processing. Dvd player would be useful...no need for a huge hard-drive or super processor. Reliability would be key and value for money.
