Unfortunately, clubbing in your twenties is different to clubbing in your thirties. During your twenties, you would've frequented clubs with a high proportion of sane people. When you reach your thirties though, clubs tend to have a higher proportion of jilted/insane/married and out for what they can get/what are you looking at?/women;men are bitches;bastards/angry people than you would've encountered in your twenties.
Only go to clubs if you're with a large group of people (buffer), or organise your own karaoke nights, home massage/beauty parties etc

If you're really concerned about others in the club being younger than you, well all you've got in terms of nightclubs is the horror of Tomangoes and Break For The Border etc, so why not just go to a late bar?

Like another poster said maybe some late bars.

BTW OP you won't get many constructive answers in this forum so maybe try another one.

It's their teenage hormones and being off school for the weekend probably:D

    Late bars ftw

There are mad, jilted people in all age groups so ignore the spoofers on here.

Think there's an over 30's night downstairs in the Portobello, never been so citation needed.

    Hmmm... Debateable. :pac:

If anything, people seem to become more mentally stable and content in themselves as they get older - from what I've observed anyway. :)

Tip One: Use the regional forums for these queries.
Tip Two: If you're older than 17 you should definitely not use text speak.
