    Hey Guys & Gals,

I was taking photos for the Limerick Youth Service Fund-raising Fashion Show last night, and there was a few shots that caught my attention, so I decided to use this one for the Photobook.

I entitled it 'A Cold, Dead, Soul' because I find the de-saturation in the model, shows the disconnection of the model from what we see, ie. How we say we love this person and that person because they are famous, despite not really knowing them, or what they are like. Anyway, I'm rambling so here is the photo :P

    It was shot using a Canon 400D, Canon 50mm 1.8, at f1.8, ISO 800, SP 1/100.

It could also suggest the association we make between clothes and the person who wears them when they're quite separate, the desaturated person suggesting this actual disassociation between the person and commodities. Or the uncertain division between both.

    Decent photo, buh'.
