Multiple TV's off one aerial

I have an aerial on my roof but it only has one connection on it.

I want to run cables for TVs into two other bedrooms, what's the best way to do this without losing signal?

Is there some kind of adapter I can stick onto the connection on the aerial to allow more cables off it, sorta like a quad LBN, but different obviously as it's an aerial.
