    I think the charges should be abolished in the recycling centre on the Gort Rd. Nowhere else in Europe is there this charge for RECYCLING!..for Gs. We should be encouraged...not discouraged from using this facility. Then there might'nt be so many ugly, filthy black bags dumped all over the place:(

    Absolutely ... it's ridiculous charging someone who has gone to the bother of separating & recycling.

    but we need to line our councilors pockets with money somehow ! govt salaries, pensions and expenses are not enough, there's a recession on damnit !

    They have to pay for the nice plush building that they built also keep councillors expenses and 2007 lifestyle such as the trips to wineries in Austrailia. There are closer wineries to home also we dont have the weather for them to start of with.
