Hi all! Just after getting something on Ebay however it hasn't matched the exact description of what I wanted.

Long story short the seller has agreed to refund me the difference once I post the item back - now as you know yourselves the PayPal resolution crowd are very finicky about how an item is returning. I want to be able to provide a receipt and tracking number to say the item has been sent.

Will regular An Post International Registered Post do? If not; is there a service that will provide me reasonable postage to China ?

Bear in mind the item's only worth €30.

    Thanks.

It should do, once delivery (or attempted delivery) is confirmed online. Make sure to get a "certificate of postage" from an post and not just the standard reciept.(The normal reciept will just say "destination china" and no address)
