Broadband modem speed checker.

Hi, I previously found a website where you could enter your modem stats and it would tell you what your max posible broadband speed should be.( Based on attenuation, S/N margin etc) Did a google search for this but could not find it this time. Could someone please point me to a site where I can do this. Thanks.
