Hi,

our lease is over and we will relocate in a different space.

Our letting agency wants to see if anybody it's interest to take over the lease for another year.

It's located in Dublin north 10 minutes from city centre, it's a 25 SQM room with toilet and parking space in front of it.

The place is double walled and acoustically treated, can be rent by more than one band, 24 hours access and a secure steel door.
