I had a bumper crop of black and redcurrants this year,the majority of which are sitting in my freezer. Can i chuck em in with a load of sugar and get anything drinkable? I dont have the patience for winemaking per se.

i think you can....maynned to add some tea and honey like in turbo cider...but you will most likely get a dry as a board puckering black/red berry beverage...
