Alicante Advice

Hi,

I am going to Alicante next week for a long weekend. Can anybody recommend where to stay and what to do / see / eat etc. We would be interested in 5 star / boutique hotels or similar apartments.

We would also be willing to stay outside of Alicante.....

How about Benidorm? Take the Benidorm Bus from the airport up to the bus station in Benidorm(1 hour), and then a 10 minute taxi ride to the hotel
