Should you not be importing the Traktor files into Traktor while it's running?

Start up Traktor, as in double click the application, and then in preferences hit import, and bring in all your Traktor files that way.

Or will the application not launch at all?

    Not a mac head but:

You do have the mac version and not the windows one right?

You said you dragged it, AFAIK you gotta go through an installer in OSX like in windows, you cant just copy the disc over.

Normally in Mac the installation procedure is literally dragging from the disc the applications folder.

Sorry mate, I can't remember installing Traktor on this, have you tried the Native Instruments forum? It's pretty helpful, although it doesn't get a huge amount of traffic so it might take a day or two to answer.
