Cydia question

08-10-2010 6:18pm#1I have just gotten 2 iPhones, 1 for me n one for the other half. Both are jailbroken and have cydia. Through cydia I got the installous app, the problem is my gf can't find installous in cydia
on the cydia home screen it shows 3.1.3 for me but only 3.1.2 for her, Is this the iPhone version or is it the cydia version and can I sort it while keeping it jailbroken?
