IT maths with CA

    Please tell me I'm not the only one who is completely lost in the module!:confused: I got a c1 in ordinary maths and don't have the ability to pick things up in class! :( i'm terrible with numbers but seem to be fairly good at the programming..meeeh :eek:

    It took a while but I'm getting the hang of it. What happened yesterday hasn't helped though.

    If you are struggling with the Maths, print your notes and question sheets, and bring them to the Maths Learning Centre. They're very good at what they do, and break stuff down into easy to understand steps.

    what happened yesterday? :O I wasn't able to make the lecture...yeah can i just walk into the learning centre of whats the story with it? :O

    She kept shouting "Read the question!! when we had no idea about question 8 of the tutorial page... she had forgotten to finish writing the question:rolleyes:

    :p my mate in 2nd year told me she's the best maths lecturer he's had so i'm not looking forward to our next one!

    You're in CA? Well I know that from when I was in DCU, the one subject that people in CA struggled most with was maths, so you're not alone. I didn't do CA myself now but a lot of people I knew hated the maths in CA.

    I would advise you do the tutorials, if you have any questions then speak with the lecturer, don't leave it til the last minute before the exams as the lecturer may not be available to help you.
