Christmas day in Lanzrote?

I am going away for christmas with my family for the first time this year to peurto del carmen in Lanzarote. http://b-static.net/vbulletin/images/smilies/smile.gif. What happens there on Christmas day i.e. do they do 'Christmas dinner' in the restaurants or is it like any other day. If so, can anybody recommend where to go…
