Picked up one of these in Tesco Mahon Point earlier, The price on the shelf was around €10 but I was charged €13.29 at the till, So I popped over to cust services and got the money back and kept the blades.

I was there around two and there was plenty left.

Why the free blades? I bought nappies last year in Tesco nutgrove and was overcharged by around £5.Went up to customer service who took the nappies back and gave me a refund.Got no apology or nothing for free.

It's tesco's policy that if the item is priced incorrectly, you get the item free and a full refund (works both ways, if the item is priced to expensive or too cheap)

Only if your over charged! not under charged.

    :

    No Quibble Policy

Our "No Quibble Policy" is our way of showing customers that we always charge the right prices in our stores. It states that: "in the unlikely event of you being charged a price at the checkouts that is higher that the price mounted on the display, we will give you that item absolutely free and without quibble".

sounds like a local misprice on the shelf rather than a misprice on the system.
