Windows 7 media center

    I look for some help i build a windows 7 PC

    media center keeps crashing when i try to access the video Library

    spec:
    Antec Fusion Remote Eu Htpc Enclosure
    MSI H55M-E33 - Socket 1156 - Chipset H55 - Micro ATX 
    Intel Core i3-530 - 2.93 GHz - 4 MB L3 cache - LGA 1156 Socket
    2 x 2 GB DDR3-1333 PC3-10666 PC Memory Modules
    2 X Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C - 1 TB - 7,200 rpm - 32 MB - SATA-300 Hard Drive 
    SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 4650 - 1 GB GDDR2 - PCI-Express 2.0 
    Hauppauge Wintv Hvr2200 Int Pci-e#
    Window 7 home prem 64bit installed

    i just says media center has encountered a error

    there is two buttons on the error message one is debug one in cancel

    when i hit the debug button it show that it has a io:iosocket ehshell.exe
    code 10

    if i hit the cancel it restarts media center
