Height Restrictions on Sat Nav

Hi all, Is there anyway of adding a custom file to a Garmin sat nav to include details of height restrictions on the continenet? I know there's a Garmin 465T for truckers that includes details on height restrictions. Just wondering if this info can be added to a standard Nuvi.
