    You can't say they're all scams, I made $100,000 off one of those emails once.

    I think if you get one you should go for it OP, it's probably legit.

    Two members of my family recently received one of those scam phone calls from India telling them their PCs were being taken over by hackers.

    One was my gran, who isn't the most computer literate person in the world. Absolute scum preying on the gullability of some eldery computer users.
