    Sorry for writing this, but I've been thinking of self harming for the last couple of days. I have this urge to scratch of cut my skin. and I keep thinking/dreaming of s**cide and it feels so great, like I can finally relax that it's all over.
    I know I won't do either, but it's really horrible to feel like this.

    Not sure what to do, all ready on meds, but can't stick the thought of f**king up my life any more.

    I feel total alone, Sorry everybody for such a ****y post.
