have you tried unplugging the box and re starting it ?

and you are pressing the tv button on the sky remote before pressing text,

have you changed the batteries lately? (on the sky remote does the volume button work ?)

Ya.Ive done all of these and text is still not working on both my tvs.

Happens every now and again after a Sky software update,hold back up on box and plug it out and in again,this usually fixes it.
