Is it true that if you are starting farming that you receive a 45,000 gallon quota?

I am a farm manager and was wondering how this works
What else do you get to help establish?
What else do you need to bring to the party?
There is a farm near me coming up for lease as the owner is retiring, dry stock only, and i was wondering if i could get the ball in motion.

Yeah there is milk going for new entrants alright, we're half thinking of ditching the cattle business and setting up the nephew in cows

think its 40k gallons but not sure. You should check out Teagasc or department of agri website for details, im sure it's on there
