    This has probably been done a million times but any help would be appreciated. basically there is this girl in my class. I have never really spoken to her or anything but there has been a few glances exchanged. Anyway the point is i would like to take the bull by the horns and ask her out but am not sure how to do it as she is always with her friends and i pretty much dont want to be shot down in front of everyone. What would be the best thing to do. Thanks

    I dont think the class nite out is practical as we are in our final year and everybody kind of just sticks to their own groups of friends. Thanks for the reply though.

    It's October, it's not like it's May with final exams coming up

    And a night out is exactly how you are going to get cliques of people to interact.
    Come on man, organize, be confident and take control.

    Pick a pub, call them, promise numbers and they'll throw on a DJ and free bar food.
    And then spread the word, you can do this is in a morning

    No better chance to get chatting to this girl
