    I want to know how to make this gif., can I do it in gimp? is there an easy way of just changing the colours in the flag? cos that would be fine for me.

    I don't use Gimp, but I know you can do it in photoshop by opening the file, and going to Image>adjustments>(and then one of the options here, forget with one, I think it's....Color Balance. Not bothered opening Photoshop to check xD
    If you want, PM Me with what color's you want on it and I'll just do the adjustment for you. If not, good luck with it =)
