Looking for gym/shower recommendations

Hi People, I've begun working in the city centre, but the commute time is killing me, so I need to go for a run at lunchtime. There's no showers in this office. I know The Strand is nearby, but E475 for showers for a year seems excessive. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
