Single room available in Maynooth from 16th October, located in Moyglare Village, a very nice quite estate. 10 min walk from the college and another 5 mins to the main street.

Rent is 346 per month not including bills (although ~260 per month up to end of January and likely 346 there after, the rent is slightly complicated but I can explain in more detail to who ever is interested).

House is very comfy, with a spacious kitchen, sitting room and dinning room. Has parking, washing machine, dryer, v.fast reliable internet and TV. House is also oil heated.

Looking for male/female who would be willing to commit to a 1 year lease, other housemates include 2 postgrads and 1 professional, all aged 23 and we're all very nice .
