Anyone watching the match? There was a serious awkward moment at the start when murphy was asked about the stuff in the paper lol. Cannot stand murphy over his antics in the past with stephen maguire

Some of Shauns antics in the past have always made it hard for me to like him although he's great to watch play.

It was a little awkward on Thursday night but I loved the way the lads were joking it off in the post match interview while still having a bit of a go at each other. I think it's good to see.

    BTW I'm back. :)

Not really a big fan of him tbh, haven't actually seen one of his matches in ages actually.

A bit of rivalry is good for any sport I think - if only to remind the tabloids that the sport exists, as long as it doesn't get over the top it'll bring a wider public interest to the sport.

Weren't they saying during the crucible last season that they wanted to bring out the players characters more, and mic up the jokey comments they would often make at the table so the people watching on tv could catch them?
