    Hi all,
I started renting out my house in November 09. (renting out entire property)
I am ready now to pay and file for 09 and pay preliminary tax for 10.
I use PAYE online and usually no problems.
Logged in there tonight to pay and file and went into the income section and couldnt find where to enter rental income?
Everything else was there- schedule E, Schedule F all other parts of schelude D except case 5.
I am lost as to what im missing out on
I am registerd with PRTB but I have not filled in a TR1.
I went in to the section beside the PAYE online the ROS section and tried to register there but no success.
The rental profit is small-just over 1000.
Any ideas as to where I am going wrong, I dont want to fill out form 11, I would prefer to just file online as I deal with my PAYE online and use the paperless system usually with no problems
Thanking you in advance for any advice

    Hi

You may need to file a Form 12 manually.

    Kind Regards

    Hello newlandlord

As already stated you will need to fill a form 12 manually. Unfortunately I am in a similar situation to yourself and this is the only option.

    Regards,
