Hey guys I have 450 to buy new clubs. I'm an 15 handicap after a year of playing.

    I currently use Mizuno steel.

Opinions on what I should go for. I want to get quality now as I will keep them for some time.

    Thanks in advance guys.

I picked up a second hand Burner set, Ping G10 driver and new Rossa putter, new Taylr made bag and new glove for 500. In the local golf shop. First round with them tomorrow. Always good bargains if you look around John

Why do you want new irons? Mizuno are very good clubs. Keep the irons and buy some good woods and/or rescues for a good overall set.

I want new irons as the set I have I bought them second hand and I feel they are coming to the end of their days.

I want to make an investment now in brand new quality irons that will last me for ten years or so!

I also want to treat myself!!

You can't beat a nice treat.

I've been eyeing up the callaway x22's on mcguirks for €389

But i'm sure if you went with another few clubs the lads would give you a discount on the whole package

before you do anyting get yourself fitted by a clubmaker near you so you won't be spending your money on a set that is not set up for you if you do not get fitted you should give the money to charity thay would have better use for it
