    Just heard an ad on the radio about a organisation called GROW and wondering if anyone has ever been to one of their meetings?

    not been but understand you can just go along and sit in on threee sessions without saying anything or particiating. if you go more than three you are expected to join in and speak about your problem but they are very understanding of people being nervous. also each week each member is given a task to complete before the next meeting which would a yask that would be a step towards tgheir goals of dealing with what ever is troubling them. you should get more info at head office 056 7761624. i am not involved with grow
