It may be smaller than the likes of facebook and twitter, but by the gods it's there
Look at the close up of the forums area in the bottom right corner, it can clearly be seen in the bottom left of that particular close up
Was quite taken aback to see it on the map, not because i doubt it's size but because the comic was written by an American based author.
Tis also a worth your while to look around the map, quite a few chuckles contained within :PFailed to load the poll.1
