Do we need to register our Ltd company for VAT?

    Hi,

    we are currently in the process of setting up our AdWords campaign and we are required to tick that our company is registered for VAT.

    However we did not find anything on the revenue page that would require us to register for VAT provided our turnover does not exceed certain threshold. As we are in our first business year we don't exceed it.

    Are we required to register for VAT?
