The following terms and conditions of the Meteor Bonus Call Credit (hereinafter “the Credit Offer”) (...)

The Credit Offer involves the application of fifteen (15) euros bonus credit (“the Credit”) to prepay phone Customers who top up their Meteor account through any authorised Meteor top-up channel by at least thirty (30) euros (“the Qualifying Amount”), in one transaction, at any time within the Eligible Period. No accumulative top up shall count towards the application of this Credit Offer, or calculation of the Qualifying Amount, the top-up must be in the one transaction. The Credit will be applied within three (3) business days of application of the Qualifying Amount. Any bonus credit from other promotions or offers shall not count in any way towards the fulfillment of the Qualifying Amount.

The Credit Offer shall be available from 1st October 2010 to 31st December 2010 (“the Eligible Period”).

The offer isn't as fantastic as it seems if you're a heavy user of your phone. It doesn't include the free calls and texts. It isn't a great deal for everyone as it depends on your usage (read: abuse ) of free calls and texts. But along with the free texts for €20, there is a great deal for everyone.

same here, so i bought a 10 and 20 top up, and got no extra 15

To the people who topped up by a 20 + 10 you can still receive your free 15 euro credit. all you have to do is call customer care. they will see that youve topped up by 30 in total and will apply the credit.

Ive had to do it all week because we dont sell anything greater than 20.

strange that on their top-up direct line, they still have yer man from Fair city telling you that if you top up by €30 you get an extra €10 credit - offer valid until the end of september! :rolleyes:

I got this last month and the month before when it was €10 extra, but if I'm honest all that meant is that I spent an extra €20 than I normally would have done!
its a way to get you to increase your phone usage - you have x amount of credit left, you have to use it up in order to top up the next month to get your free meteor to meteor texts and calls. So they hope that you will increase your usage, and then get into that habit and need to continue it......

pity they don't give it to your broadband top up also - I don't understand why, when BB is on a sim and mobile number

I topped up on Sunday by 30, got my 15 euro free and have my free any network texts for the next 30 days...

Still on, and I can confirm you still get your free calls/texts/internet etc with the top up.
