I have a big bowl of chillis from the glass house, and they're still coming, far more than I can possibly get through making curries and stir fries.

Does anybody know a good way of using them? Preferably some sort of relish or preserve. I quite like a bit of heat, and they're not to hot anyway, mild-average I'd say.

You can freeze them you know.
Or make a chutney or chilli jam ?
They fry them whole in Spain and eat them as Tapas.
