Hi All,

At the end of this month my flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to fill in.

It's located in Sandycove, stunning area just past Dun Laoghaire in South Side County Dublin (3 minute walk from the well known 40 foot swimming area). The property is a well lit, spacious basement flat. It's a single room, 450 euro a month, free WiFi, free bins, free Sky Digital, very nice landlords.

5 - 10 minute walk to Dart, bus is a 2 minute walk (route 59) or major bus routes (46a, 7) 15 - 20 minute walk.

Need someone laid back but tidy.

There's also free on street parking on all surrounding roads.

If interested just PM me and we can go from there.
