I got this email from CAI this morning

Dr Jaimie Dick from Queen's University is holding an information evening on the Muntjac deer. The 'Muntjac Roadshow' is being held in the Medical Biology Centre (MBC) on the Lisburn Road, Belfast on Wednesday 13th October 2010.
The presentation will be a thorough examination of the ecology, behaviour, genetics and impact of the Muntjac. The talk will also include sightings of them in Ireland and the general control of the species. It promises to be a highly informative and interesting evening.
There is a welcome reception from 7.30pm and with time included for questions and discussion the evening should last until approximately 9.30pm.
    Come along to the
    Medical Biology Centre
    97 Lisburn Road
    Belfast
BT9 7BL (Near Belfast City Hospital)
The reception and presentation will be held in the Foyer and Lecture Theatre 2 (Ground Floor), in the School of Biological Sciences. To gain access to the car park, press the buzzer at MBC's security barrier.

    Poulo,
I went back to their email - I cut/pasted all except the final line - For all deer enthusiasts it's an evening not to be missed!
I'm a member of CAI but I'd be amazed if you had a problem getting in - particularly if you drove up to attend. Phone them if you are hesitant - they have an office at Courtlough. Too far for me, I will be at the wrong end of the country on that date..
    Rs,
    P.

I emailed the cai, basically they are promoting the night but not running the event. Good news is it is open to everyone
