I do not have a full set of teeth and have not had for some time. Is there a time limit on how long before implants can not be done?

In fact I have NEVER had a full set of teeth, and I would love to be able to do so, so tired of partial dentures.

Implants need bone, you have more bone today than you will tomorrow. So never a better time than now to get implants. If you are missing too much bone, you can get it grafted but this adds time and cost. Best go for consultation and see what you need and what the state of play is.
