What profession do i need ?

hi housewrecker here, just joined so forgive me if i sound a bit demented at the mo. my problem is just had a pretty big waterleak in our house 2 ceilings and 3 floors have to be repaired. so now im thinking could i knock a wall between 2 rooms and change layout of kitchen? Where do i go with my idea , get interior…

Where do i go with my idea , get interior architect, interior designer, kitchen planner, building contractor. live in north tipp and cant seem to get names of these people on the net.do i sound completely demented. would b very grateful for any direction help here. thanks.
