    Just got my desire and everything is going well except when i synced(or linked) my contacts to facebook all the numbers now have 353 added to the start of the number,
    i know this is the international country code but when i try to ring them i get and i quote
    The number dialed is unavailable, please recheck the number and dial again

    and when i try to edit the number, it's back to normal i.e 0871234567 or the edit mobile field is left blank:confused:

    Can anybody help me out here :D

    Leave them as they are with the 353 in the number, just add a + in front of the 353. I had a similiar issue when I first got the Desire.

    0851234567 = +353851234567 (Note no '0' in international format)
