If my memory serves me right HSE and Guinness both use SAP.

I'd imaging SAP use it as well ( they're based out in City West.. an afaik I know they WERE hiring a few months back ) :)

probably best off searching job sites for "SAP" n'est pas ?

You might be able to get a listing of "headline" clients from SAP.
Pretty much most of the major "old" companies are using SAP in one form or another.
Kerry Foods are currently going through an implementation. Kerry are *huge* and have been hiring SAP people hand-over-fist for a while now. They can't (or couldn't) get enough people so have been hiring people with any kind of vague ERP or Financial I.T. experience and sending them on months of SAP training courses.

Your problem with getting a list of companies using SAP is that many of them may not look after their SAP system in-house. Intel, for example, use SAP but they don't have anyone doing SAP work in Ireland.

Pretty much all the big companies that you can think of use it. Diageo/Guinness is one of them...

SAP/Business Objects does indeed have positions available... Not sure if they are advertised at the moment, but their website tells more about top customers using it and links to jobs available:

I've worked for them for just over 7 years and they are a great company to work for...

One thing you should take into account as well is that a lot of companies outsource their SAP support/maintenance to companies like IBM, HP, Deloitte, other hosting companies etc... So they may not hire employess on their own payroll to maintain and run the SAP systems...
