anybody want some beef fat for venision burgers or sausages

    have about 8kg, got it off my neighbour who works in a meat factory
    wont use it all and i cant freeze it
    because i wont be able to refreeze it when i make burgers from it in the future

    or can ya refreeze beef fat i wonder without giving yourself a dose

    Know any butchers? . You would probably get a load of pork fat for very little.
    If you're making burgers/sausages pork fat is better than Beef IMO.

    Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall says teh same, more flavour off bacon fat (although try get organic bacon fat)

    He spit roast a deer with same last year on Channel 4 River Cottage
