Google is your friend. However, you will have to pay excise duty and VAT on anything you order - even if it is within the EU.

like the man said, you are liable - no getting away from that, however i've purchased literally hundreds of cigars over the internet over the years and only got caught once - so the odds are in your favour - now, are you a gambler !
