Chemical Disposal

Hey, do any analogue users here know of any safe places/ways of disposing of chemicals, preferably in Dublin? I just contacted Guardian Silver Lining about getting rid of 40 litres (colour and b&w) but it'll cost me €75 to get them to collect it, and I can't afford that. Nor can I drop it out to them because I'd need a permit for transporting hazardous waste, and I can't find a recycling centre that'll take it.
I've a bit of a mixture of Rodinal, X-Tol, various fixers and Fuji Hunt colour chemicals. I've been told I can put X-Tol down the sink but I don't want to put the others down. Is it ok to dilute them greatly? I'm in an estate so no septic tank.

Any ideas? My shed's getting pretty full...

I'll ask in college on Friday, if I remember :)

Developers and stop are usually Ok to flush as they dilute, but fixers and Bleach contain Silver which does not and kills the fishies! Ask your local minilab(s), they may agree to have your waste collected with theirs?

Thanks people, I used to do all my stuff in college too but since I left it's been building up at home, I should've really asked when I was there.

It's the fix and bleach I'm worried about alright; I use water for stop and it always goes down the sink, and I'm sure I've been told X-Tol is fine too, but is Rodinal really ok? Maybe because the quantites used are low?

I'll nip into the local chemist tomorrow and see if they can help out but I can't imagine them taking 40 litres off me!
