    Hi All,

Sorry for asking such a basic, wide ranging question but can anyone tell me whether either of the following are NOT allowed as allowable medical related expenses under MED 1 etc or is there another way in which they are handled as deductible tax expenses:

Physical Therapy sessions - qualified PT recognised by VHI
Orthodics - these are shoe inserts provided by above PT

    Many thanks in advance, Samantha.

I believe PT is allowed to be claimed if referred by your doctor.
