is there any way to get out of Upc contract on grounds of poor service. we have it since March and before we signed up we were asked about digital + and were told it would be in our area in 2-3 months. 6 mths later there is no sign. Also we experience severe disruption during even the slightest bit of wind. some channels unavailable and any that are are unwatchable. so we called and were told that digital + is still not available in our area and no sign of it for the forseeable future. and we asked should we expect poor signal in bad winter weather if its not working with the slightest wind out. we were told that in our area signal will be poor in bad weather something to with masts or some bull. i dont think that its acceptable to pay for such a poor service especially when we expected to have the plus by now. is there any way out of the contract?
