Decided to strip this down earlier and change out the barrel for the 8inch, slight problem, cant get the pin back in to put it back together, just doesnt seem to go in at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Secondly got a tm tracer unit, but when i screw it on the barrel pretudes to far into it and doesnt work, is there life a piece or extension that can be got to make it work...

For the tracer to work you either need a smaller inner barrel, or a larger outerbarrel. You can find both on most websites like EhobbyAsia, Ebairsoft, RSOV etc

    Which pin do you mean

Inari is correct about the barrel length, it should not extend into the tracer unit
you may be able to get a short outer barrel extention rather then change your existing barrel

Thanks for the replies, what ive done is put back in the 8inch barrel and the longer outer piece.

The pin im talking about is the one, that seperates the upper reciever from the lower, its just 1 pin that holds it together, just cant get it back in!

If the hop-up unit is not seated properly in the outer barrel or if it is not located in the gear box it can prevent the upper and lower reciever fitting all the way back together which will prevent the pin from fitting properly

One way to test this is to take out the inner barrel and see if you can get the pin in and if you can then it showa you just what is stopping it going together

Finally got it back together, now have to wait for brightness tomorrow to see if i made a mess of putting the new barrel in!
