Hey Im going to Sydney for 3 weeks on Nov 3rd. Booked my flights through ebookers but I'm wondering where can I buy my Visa and how much should I expect to pay? Thanks for the help!

You have to pay nothing. Go to the Australian Embassy website and find the link for tourist visa and apply online, You will get an e-mail in a couple of days approving you and you can print off the visa approval to carry with you. I wasn't even asked for mine in June.
