I have a 1999 Audi A3 7.9 TDi that I'm not using and thinking of selling. It's silver, it has a new NCT for 2 years, it has an auto gearbox, 80,000 miles on the clock, electric windows, sunroof, mirrors, CD player, 5 spoke alloys and all in perfect condition. What would you pay for it??

I suppose €2300 if you find someone looking for one.

Yeah but anything less than a 7 litre really is a woman's car, lets be honest

I always knew that Audi drivers had an over-inflated sense of their cars performance, but that's taking it a bit far!! :D

Surely a quick look at cbg.ie or autotrader.ie for similar would be easier, quicker and more productive than asking people on boards?

Why do the work yourself when you can get others to do it for you :D

not really, theres only one auto on those that i can see and it has a petrol engine, not the diesel and a ridiculous price of 4700 on it.

Depending on Service history and how the car looks in the metal and it's interior, €2,000 - €2,400 I'd guess.

jeez i wudnt have thought anywhere near that much for an 11 year old car. sweet!!

If its rough you wont get anywhere near that but an immaculate car will always get around that price when the mileage is relatively low.

Every Irish seller describes their car as 'mint' or 'immaculate' whether its a heap of sh1t or a prpoerly nice car.

I've sold six in the last 18 months (ish), none of them I described as mint nor did the folks who sold them to me ;)

+1, the word 'perfect' in particular means no more than that the seller is a liar.;)
