Any experiences with cheap hair salons in Harold's Cross

There are two hair salons on Harold's Cross road, one is a Polish (I think) place near the park, the other is Miss World at the canal - anyone been to either of these? I'm only looking for a semi to blend out my roots (growing out highlights). My own hairdresser did a good job on this in June (semi + a few highlights) but…
