I got a new email account in work and can't figure out how to set it up on my iPhone. I have my gmail setup and no issues, but need a bit of help.
The info I have is as follows:
Username and password - ok I know where this goes
Incoming mail: I have 2 supplied. Mail.company ame.ie also have an SSL address
Outgoing mail : as incoming but with a port number for both the SSL and the mail.companyname.ie

Hope someone can help me out as I'm stumped!

Does your company supply email to mobile devices?

Is the mail pop or smtp?

    If smtp then
Add email as an exchange account, you will need http or https path to exchange server and then just your username and password.

just as an FYI, just because a mail account uses smtp doesn't mean it's an exchange account.

in fact most mail accounts use smtp to send mail, and pop or imap to receive mail.

exchange is another kettle of fish all together.
