Cost of satelite broadband

    Anybody have sat broadband and knows the basic costs and has been charged a lot for usage and would like to talk to me for a show that may, or may not, be going out on TV. Please PM me your details and I will set it up.

    This also applies to mobile midband users too...anybody with a crazy bill can post to this thread or PM me too.

    I think this is for people who feel they have been over-charged for their satellite and mobile midband product. Anyone interested in sharing their story should PM bealtine, and you can take it from there.

    I could give you names but people seem to be only really overcharged when they go over their allowance, which is kind of their own fault.

    The worst i've seen are o2, they don't seem to put a stop on when someone goes over their midband allowance, meeting people with 500 euro odd midband bills is not uncommon.

    No experience with the satellite providers but have never heard of anything like the excesses of some of the midband providers. People give out about the prohibitive cost of Satellite but that's all.

    The same rules apply to mobiles so it's not just exclusive to midband.
